Office of the Registrar
Alh. Shuaibu Ahiwa is the Registrar and Chief Administrative Officer of the College. He is responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administrative work and provides secretarial services to the Academic Board and Governing Council.
The Registrar is the head of the Registry and the Chief Administrative Officer of the College. The Registrar is responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administrative work of the College and provides secretarial services to the Academic Board, the Governing Council, and its Committees.
Divisions under the Registry
Handles staff recruitment, posting, promotion, discipline, training, development, and general staff welfare.
Deals with admissions, examinations, and matters relating to academic aspects of students' life. Headed by the Academic Secretary.
Deals with all matters relating to student activities and welfare across the College.
Disseminates information to the College community. Serves as the public relations office. Headed by the Information Officer.
Provides health services to members of the College community including illness assistance, accidents, and medical references.
Deals with all security matters of the College. Headed by the Chief Security Officer (Mr. Karimu Ibrahim).
