The attention of all users of College ICT facilities is hereby drawn to the acceptable use policy. The facilities are to be used strictly for academic and official purposes. Unauthorized use, vandalism, or misuse of equipment will attract disciplinary action. All users must sign in before accessing any ICT facility.

Circular – Prohibition of Touts and Unauthorized Persons on Campus

It has come to the notice of Management that unauthorized persons, touts, and hawkers have been gaining access to the College campus. All staff and students are advised to report any suspicious persons to the Security Unit. The Security Unit has been directed to intensify access control measures at all entry points.

Memo – Staff Leave Application Procedure

From: Registrar (Establishment Division) To: All Members of Staff

Staff are reminded that all leave applications must be submitted through the Head of Department and Dean/Director to the Registrar's office at least two (2) weeks before the commencement of the intended leave. Unauthorized absence from duty will be treated as gross misconduct.

Memo – Examination Misconduct Policy Reminder

From: Director, Quality Assurance To: All Students and Invigilators

The attention of all students and examination invigilators is hereby drawn to the College Examination Misconduct Policy. Any student caught engaging in examination malpractice will be sanctioned in accordance with existing regulations, which may include outright cancellation of results, suspension, or expulsion. All invigilators are to be vigilant and report any infractions immediately.
