Directorate of Student Affairs

The Directorate of Student Affairs is responsible to the Registrar for all matters relating to student activities, welfare, and conduct. It serves as the bridge between the College management and the student body, ensuring a conducive environment for academic and personal development.

Functions

  • Co-ordinating all policies, rules, and regulations related to student conduct.
  • Liaising with all units on issues relating to student welfare.
  • Addressing student requests and resolving student problems.
  • Handling administrative matters relating to scholarship grants, loans, and bursaries.
  • Registration and control of student clubs and societies.
  • Arranging meetings between students and the Provost when necessary.
