Welcome to the COE Hong Library
The College Library is the centre for research, documentation and information. It generally keeps books and documents which the staff and students use in the course of their academic activities. The College Librarian is the head of the Department and is responsible to the Provost for the administration of the Library.
The Library occupies a befitting modern building and is equipped with a wide range of academic resources to support all programmes offered at the College.

Digital resources, online databases, and e-books accessible to all registered students and staff
Reading Rooms
Spacious reading areas with individual and group study spaces available Monday to Saturday
Research Support
Librarians available to assist with literature searches, referencing, and research guidance

Library Rules
- Silence must be maintained inside the library at all times.
- Food, drinks, and mobile phone usage are not permitted in the reading areas.
- All borrowed materials must be returned by the due date. Overdue fines apply.
- Library materials must not be defaced, mutilated, or removed without authorization.
- Students must present a valid ID card to borrow materials.
